Each memorial book entry will include the name of the individual being memorialized, the relationship (for example: grandmother, father, aunt, friend), and the name of the person to whom he or she was related. The cost for each entry is chai - $18. You may inscribe as many names in the book as you wish, but your donation will be capped at $180.
